Mini and Junior Squash

Junior coaching sessions are held on Sunday mornings, lead by the following qualified coaches:-

Lucy Atkinson	Level 1 assistant coach

 

 

Timings for the Sunday sessions are as follows: -

Mini Squash	10.00 to 11.00 from age 6 to 11 years old.
Junior Squash	11.00 to 12.00 from age 11to 16 years old

These sessions are open to Club and non Club members, at a cost of £3 per session per child. Children joining for the first time are free of charge, for the first week.

The sessions are designed to be fun, with games and competitions which, together with progressive coaching, will show just how enjoyable squash can be.

Children may progress through from Mini Squash to Advanced level (Currently three juniors, who have progressed via this route, are now playing in our 5th Team.

In addition, special coaching sessions take place on Saturday afternoons for invited juniors who are members of the section and , who are developing high skill levels.

Various junior competitions are held throughout the year.
